Definition
This flag defines if the old equity group which is involved in the farm in/out process is blocked for update. Those updates would mainly happen during the clearing of open items which still have this equity groups assigned.
If the equity group is blocked, the JV integration manager will replace the old equity group with the new equity group for all documents which update JVA. This replace will only be done within JVA and has no impact on the original document.
