Definition
Rate used for Combined Fixed Rate - Drilling Overhead.
This rate will be applied to the drilling days posted to the drilling statistical ratio. This rate can be designated as a monthly or a daily rate. If it is a daily rate, the drilling days will be multiplied with the rate to determine the overhead amount. If it is a monthly rate, the rate will be divided by the number of days in the period and the quotient will be multilplied with the number of drilling days.
