Definition
The operations month is the future month when the cash call payment is matched against the actual expenditures and reported on the customer's bill.
The operations month value is stored in the allocations field.
The JVA reclassification process used the billing and operations month value to identify the cash call payments that should be included in the partner's current month's bill.
