For two forwarding relationships that follow on directly from each other, the following applies:

The "time valid to" of the preceding forwarding relationship has the same time (second) as the field "time valid from" of the subsequent forwarding relationship. The new forwarding relationship, therefore, does not begin until this second has passed.
