Definition
At operation level, the time between the input date at the work center and the completion confirmation date (the total from queue time, execution time and move time).
When calculating, the input date is determined via the completion confirmation date of the preceding operation. The process-dependent wait time of the preceeding operation is subtracted.
At order level, the time between the reported start date and the finish date (the total from execution times and transit times of the operations as well as the order floats before and after production).
Use
In the standard Shop Floor Information System, this key figure is calculated as a mean average when a standard analysis is carried out. It is then updated in the information structures S021 to S024.
Dependencies
The production order analysis of the standard Shop Floor Information System analyzes also those orders for which no goods receipt has yet been posted but which have the status "completely confirmed". In this case, the delivery date is replaced by the final confirmation of the last operation.
