Documentation
Definition
Specifies that the item is the primary output of the formula.
Use
Dependencies
If a formula only has one output, this is automatically the primary output.
In some cases in formula explosion, only the formulas of a substance are exploded further, in which the substance is the primary output. In order for this to happen, you must set the No Sec. Output (no explosion of secondary outputs) indicator for the explosion scope in Customizing for Formulas under Specify Explosion Scopes.
For more information about formula explosion, see the Recipe Management documentation.
Example
Material X is produced using one formula, whereby 10% of input material Y is recovered. X and Y are then output materials of the formula and X is the primary output.
