- Indicator inactive: intervals are not broken down
Supplementary Documentation - FLINT 0001
Use
When you activate the Check master data indicator, the system checks the following during data entry:
- Whether a valid master record exists for a single value
- Whether an interval includes at least one valid master record
- Choose the Clear intervals indicator to display the master data stored in an interval.
- Choose the Display text indicator to display the relevant short text for the master data determined.
Procedure
Examples
Dependencies
For time-based master data such as cost centers, the system executes a master data test on a key date, if activated. The current system date is the default testing date, which you can overwrite.
If you change the testing date, note that you must define the relevant period in the fiscal year variant for a non-calendar fiscal year.
