You only need this field for international trips. The exact return time is important for per diem/flat rate accounting because the rates for international and domestic trips differ. If you do not make any entries, the system automatically sets the end date and time of the trip as the return time.
Examples
For trips by plane, enter the time of landing. For trips by car, enter the time the border is crossed.
