Definition
'Domestic departure' determines when, in the case of an international trip, the departure from the domestic country took place.
If no entry is made, the date and time are automatically filled with the date and time of trip beginning.
The part of the trip between trip beginning and 'domestic departure' is valued by the accounting program as a domestic leg of the trip.
'Domestic departure serves thus to simplify data entry. It is not necessary to record a domestic stopover for the domestic part of the trip, if this is relevant for accounting.
