Definition

Defines a specific logic for converting commodity pricing engine (CPE) rates from one format into another (including currency, price unit and unit of measure).

Use

Conversion rules can be assigned to conversion places to define how a rate should be converted.

The conversion rule defines which conversion routine shall be called. It also specifies the four import parameters for the routine: the currency exchange rate type, the flag for averaging the exchange rates, the rounding rule for currency conversion, and the quantity conversion rule.
