Definition
Several methods for identifying the caller are supported and can be parameterized. The actual execution is performed in the contact data search component. Possible identification methods include:
- ANI (Automatic Number Identification): In this case, the caller is identified in central address management on the basis of their telephone number.
- Call attached data: In this case, the caller is identified on the basis of the data that has been collected by the telephone system or the Interactive Voice Response Unit (IVR).
