Definition
The callback partner can be represented using different objects in the R/3 System (for example, as a customer, an employee or a vendor). The entity that the callback partner is linked to is defined by the manual and/or the automatic selection function and displayed above the callback partner ID text in the screen.
The manual selection can be specified using matchcode parameters. The automatic selection returns the callback partner identified in the Business Data Display component of the CIC Front Office. Further data can be read and displayed using the lookup function. The lookup function can be parametized using a function module.
