Definition
Profiles are used to group callback queues. There are two criteria by which callback queues can be grouped:
- A : All queues to which a clerk can assign callbacks
- P : All queues from which a clerk can process callbacks
The respective profiles must be assigned in the CIC profile, in order to be relevant for a clerk.
