Definition
Specifies that you want CIC to automatically log you into the CTI queues assigned to your profile when you start CIC.
Use
If you choose Automatic Login and Queue Selection Screen, CIC selects and presents all queues assigned to your profile in the Queue Selection screen when you start CIC.
You can mark and login to those CTI queues you want to assign yourself.
If you choose Automatic Login but not Queue Selection Screen, CIC automatically logs you into all assigned queues without the Queue Selection screen.
