Documentation
This field helps you calculate the year in which a device is to appear in a device requirements planning list or a periodic replacement list.
The fixed values are as follows:
- 1A: Expiration of calibration validity
The year is obtained by adding the last certification year (device) and the calibration validity (device category).
- 1B: Replacement for internal inspection
The year is obtained by adding the last certification year (device) and the internal inspection period (device category).
- 1C: Expiration of old calibration validity
The old calibration validity of the device category is valid as the the construction year of the device. The replacement year is obtained by adding the last certification year (device) and the old calibration validity (device category).
- 2A: Year of first sampling inspection
The year is obtained from the year of the first sampling inspection (sample lot).
- 2B: Due date for sampling inspection
The year is obtained from the due year of the next sampling inspection (sample lot).
- 2C: Termination year of sampling inspection
The year is obtained from the termination year of the sample lot.
- 3: Advance replacement year
The year is obtained from the advance replacement year entered (device).
- 4: No replacement required
The device does not appear in the device requirements planning/ replacement list because the certification indicator is set to 0 in the device category and no replacement year is entered for the device.
- 5: Loss of calibration validity
The device has lost its certification because the certification status for the device is set to 3. The device appears in the device requirements planning under the year of creation in device requirements planning and as an alarm meter in the replacement list.
- 6: Uncertified/uninspected
The certification indicator in the device category is set to:
'1' = subject to certification or
'2' = subject to internal certification.
The device is uncertified/uninspected because the field Last certification year does not contain an entry.
