Definition
Determines that the calculated variances are written to the variance object in the form of cost overruns and cost underruns.
Use
If more than one object is summarized, the amounts might cancel each other out. To avoid this, set the indicator.
Examples
The actual costs on an order are USD 10 higher than planned. On a second order for a product in the same product groups, the actual costs are USD 10 lower than planned. If the indicator was set and the variances for this product group are summarized, you can still see the individual variances as a cost overrun (+10) and cost underrun (-10).
