• Enter "1" if you prefer to valuate the work in process and scrap with an alternative material cost estimate.
• Enter "2" if valuating the work in process and scrap using an alternative material cost estimate is the second-best option for you.
• Enter "3" if valuating the work in process and scrap using an alternative material cost estimate is the third-best option for you.
