Definition
The approval status indicates the phase of processing a trip has reached.
Use
All trips which have one of the approval statuses chosen are selected.
In the standard version the lower limit for approval status is preset to 3 but can be overwritten at any time.

Use
With the value '*' in the 'Request status' field, the travel request status of the individual trip for the personnel number chosen is not changed. If an allowed value is entered in the 'Request status' field, the request status is set to this value without further checks.
The change in status does not trigger any further actions in the Travel Expenses module or other applications.
