In this step you define the copy control for the document flow of agency documents. For each billing document type, you enter which billing document type the reference documents to be copied can have.

In addition, you must configure further data in a details screen for each copy transaction. By way of the appropriate settings, the data transfer and the values updates of the document flow are controlled.

  1. Check the document flow implemented in the SAP standard delivery.
  2. Determine the extent to which you must change the settings contained in the standard delivery in order to define the document flow to meet your requirements.
  3. Define the document flow for billing documents with reference to billing documents.
  4. Define the document flow for billing documents with reference to arrangements.
  5. Define the document flow for billing documents with reference to preceding documents.

Note

Copy control must be defined for reversal documents. With regard to the data transfer and the value update, however, the reversal document cannot be influenced by the original document.
