Use

With this Customizing activity, you configure the defined asset groups for tax depreciation.

Requirements

  • You have specified which evaluation group (1-4) is to be used in Customizing for Asset Accounting under Financial Accounting (New) --> Asset Accounting --> Master Data --> User Fields --> Define 4-Character Evaluation Groups.

Standard settings

Activities

Enter the following information for each asset group:

  • CoCd: The company code to which the asset group applies
  • Number, EvGr, Description: The evaluation group number, value, and description. Repeat the settings you made in the activity Define 4-Character Evaluation Groups.
  • To: The fiscal year up to which the asset group is valid. You can opt to use new asset groups from the beginning of a new fiscal year. If you do not want to do this, enter 9999 in this field.
  • Ord in PDF: Enter the order in which the asset group is to appear in the PDF output.
  • Percent: Enter the depreciation percentage rate (column [7] in the PDF output).
  • Number of Asset Group in PDF Output: Enter the value to appear in the column Group No's in the PDF output.
  • % to Add: Enter the percentage rate for additions (column [3] in the PDF output).
  • % to Disp: Enter the percentage rate for disposals (column [5] in the PDF output).
  • % to Exc.: Enter the percentage rate for excess on repair and maintenance (column [10] in the PDF output).
