In this section you define your individual variants for the transaction "Single entry of actual data."

For each variant, you must enter the following data:

  • Variant

    Arbitrary name that identifies the variant.

  • Warehouse number

    Warehouse number for which you want to initiate entry of actual data.

  • TO Number

    If only certain TOs are suitable for automatic assignment, you can define these using this select option.

  • Control of processing

    Assign single-step: Only the assignment screen for single entry of actual data is presented.
    Two-step processing: The system presents a branching screen in which you have the option between the assignment screen and the entry screen for single entry of actual data.

  • Entry of actual data

    No actual data: You do not enter any time specifications, that is, entering the name of the processor is sufficient.
    Act. dur.: In addition to the processor, you enter the actual time as the net duration time of the transfer order.
    Start/end time: In addition to the processor, the transfer order needs the two time pairs "Starting time and date" and "End time and date". If this data is to be transferred to HR, the difference between the two times must be less than 24 hours.

  • Selection of TOs during assignment

    Through input: During the assignment, you must enter the TO number.
    Automatically through the system: During the assignment, you can enter the TO number. If the number is left blank, the system automatically searches for the next suitable TO and assigns this one. During this search, the system uses the available limits of this report as a basis. The sequence of the TOs is created in ascending order via the creation data and the creation time.

  • Print TOs automatically upon assignment

    Yes: When you execute the assignment, the system prints the TO automatically.
    No: When you execute the assignment, the TO is not printed automatically.

Example

Single entry of actual data is possible in reserved screen work stations on which usually only this transaction is active. A variant of the report RLLT6300 can apply for a reserved screen work station and can control the processing for this screen work station.

Requirements

Single entry of actual data is only appropriate for TOs for which the indicator for the performance data is set to one of the following values:
Value 2: Entry of actual data
Value 3: Calculation of planned data and entry of actual data
Value 4: Determination of incentive wages

Standard Setting

In the SAP standard system, no variant for program RLLT6300 is supplied.

Activities

  1. Enter the name of the variant that you want to create.
  2. Process the variant.

    For this purpose, maintain the above paramters in accordance with your requirements.
