In this workstep, you can change or adapt the forms for Warehouse Management.
Standard settings
In the SAP standard system, all relevant forms are defined. You can call up an overview of these forms using this transaction (warehouse number 001). These forms are controlled by the print programs RLVSDR40 and RLKOMM40. Both print programs can be assigned to all forms, with the exeception of "LVSKOMMIL1" and "LVSKOMMIL2". The forms "LVSKOMMIL1" and "LVSKOMMIL2" contain data fields for the reference number and can only be assigned using the print program RLKOMM40.
Recommendation
To create a new form, copy a similar existing form and make the required changes.
Activities
- Check the forms defined in the SAP standard version and see how much change is required.
- Enter the name of the form that you want to create.
- Enter the indicator for the language in which the form is to be created.
- Branch to the change mode.
If the form name you have entered does not yet exist, you will receive a message and you will be required, in a dialog box, to make certain assignments, such as the assignment to a development class.
- Save your assignments.
After you have saved your data, the system branches to a dialog box in which the system requests your correction number - if your change is relevant for the correction and transport system.
- Enter a correction number and switch to processing mode.
- Create the form according to your requirements by copying and changing an existing form or by defining a new one.
