Use
You use this step to link the subclass codes approved by the US Treasury to FI document types. The codes are used to segregate certain special transactions, such as investments, from other receipt and expenditure transactions.
Requirements
Standard settings
We do not deliver any standard settings.
Activities
In the Change View: "Assignment of FI Document Type to Treasury Subclass Code" Screen, choose New Entries and specify the document types and codes required by your agency.
If you cannot find a code you require, check that you have defined it in the Treasury Subclass Code Table.
You may also need to create additional FI document types in order to process these transactions with the desired subclass codes.
Note
It is possible to have multiple document types for a single subclass code, but you may only have a single subclass for a given document type.
