In this step you can create item lines and headings for the structure overview.

The overviews are created with a method called "variable lists".

For each overview you create, you also create an overview variant. You specify for the overview variant:

  • the objects to be displayed in the overview, for example, activities.
  • the fields to be displayed per object, for example, dates or quantities.

Standard settings

Overviews and overview variants are available with the standard system.

The following sections explain how to create your own overview variants.

  1. Create overview variants

    This section describes how to create overview variants.

  2. Specify objects

    This section describes how to determine the individual objects you want to display in the overview.

  3. Specify fields

    This section describes how to select fields and determine the overview layout.

Once you have created your overview variants:

  1. Save an overview variant in the overall profile for the structure/dates information system. This overview variant is a default value for the item lines and overviews in the information system. Define overall profile.
  2. You can transport your settings. To do this, choose Table view -> Transport.
