You can determine the sequence of fields to be displayed in the structure overview and individual overviews.
Example
You have selected the fields network and actual start date as sort criteria for the network overview. In the profile for the network overview, you have set the indicator sorting in descending order.
On the network overview, the networks are sorted according to: network number and the earliest actual start dates.
The settings for the sort criteria that you enter in the profile are default values which you can change in the information system at any time.
Notes
If you have maintained grouping and sort criteria, the objects in the information system are first grouped together according to the grouping criteria and then sorted within the groups according to the sort criteria.

SAP has predefined sort criteria for the overviews.
