For the structure overview and individual overview, you can specify:

  • the fields displayed in the lists
  • the sequence in which the fields are displayed
  • the width of these fields

The entries you make in the profile are default values. That means, you can change them in the information system at any time.

Standard settings

SAP has predefined profiles for the structure overview and individual overviews.

Activities

Proceed as follows to select the fields for the individual overviews:

  1. Select an overview on the initial screen.
  2. Click on New entries.

    The selection list is displayed.

  3. Select the fields that are to be displayed and click on Copy.
  4. Click on Cancel
  5. To move the fields around in the sequence, select the field you want to move, position the cursor at its new position in the list and click on Move.
  6. Click on Copy.
  7. If necessary, enter a width for display purposes.
  8. You can copy profiles from other overviews. To do this, click on Copy from....
