Use
In this activity, you define whether the fields Quantity and Amount can be changed on the account assignment screen when you enter an incoming invoice. This setting refers to the individual account assignments that are to be settled. You cannot define whether the total quantity and total amount can be changed at item level.
If you select the setting Quantity and Amount Cannot be Changed, the user entering an incoming invoice must copy the values for quantity and amount that are proposed by the system (from the relevant purchase order). The user cannot change the fields Quantity and Amount on the account assignment screen.
