With this menu option, you can determine which document types are permitted for a Rollup in Profit Center Accounting, and define them.

In contrast to local document types, the number range intervals for these document types are cross-company code and non-fiscal year dependent.

You need these document types if you wish to copy a plan template or plan data from CO-PA into Profit Center Accounting.

Actvities

  1. Define a new document type or use one of the predefined document types.
  2. To create a new document type, enter a Rollup number range. You must have already defined this under Define Number Ranges for Rollup.
  3. Give your document type an appropriate name.

Note

You can use the document type R0 "FI-GLX Rollup" which is delivered as standard. Where possible, however, you should use your own document types.
