If you decided to offer a report list to your users instead of using the report tree, you need to enter the reports you want to make available here.
All the SAP standard reports for Profit Center Accounting are already found in the standard report list. You can also add your own reports. However, you should not remove any of the standard reports.
Standard settings
The standard reports are only delivered in client 000. However, the report list is available in all clients.
Activities
- Import the standard reports from client 000 to your client.
- Check whether the standard reports meet your requirements.
- If necessary, create your own reports.
- Generate the reports which you want to include in the report list.
- Add the desired reports to the list.
To do so, choose the function New entries and enter the names of the reports manually.
If you select the field <>RWSelScn<> for a report, the report will be displayed in the Report Writer standard selection screen. If you do not select this field, you will see the special Profit Center Accounting selection screen. This contains extended F4 help, but does not display the controlling area.
