Use

In this IMG activity, you maintain

  • Titles (which can come before or after the patient's name)
  • Name prefixes
  • Name affixes

The IS-H System supports the entry of titles (only those which come before the name), name prefixes and affixes in the patient master and in the business partner data.

Execution

  1. Enter an ID for the title/name prefix/affix.
  2. Maintain the corresponding output text.
  3. For the classification in four groups, you have to specify an affix type for each entry (AT field). The valid name affix types are listed in the value help.
  4. It is not necessary to maintain the DUEVO field (DUEVO admissible - Germany) for IS-H.

Example

You want to maintain the title "Dr. med.". To do this, you have to make the following table entries:

You can thus enter the values Dr. med. and Dr. in the application. After you press ENTER, the text "Dr. med." is always displayed.

Note

In the application, after you have entered an ID for the name affix, the system determines the output text and transfers it into the input field. In so doing it overwrites the original entry. Note, therefore, that you also have to define each output text as an ID (Cf. section Maintain Forms of Address).
