Use
In this Customizing activity, you can define different signature remarks for each step of the signature process, which the user can select from a list in the digital signature dialog box.
Requirements
You have made the required settings for the digital signature (see Specify Digital Signature).
Standard settings
The SAP standard system does not provide any entries for the signature remarks table.
Activities
Execute the following steps:
- For each required combination of application, signature object, and status of signature process, define one or more signature remarks. If necessary, use the predefined placeholders to include context information into the signature remark.
- Indicate which signature remark is to be displayed as the default value.
Further notes
If you want to allow the remark to be changed during the current signature process, set the relevant indicator:
- For inspection lot processing: in the Customizing activity Define Authorization Groups and Digital Signature, activity option Material Authorization Groups, Inspection Lot Approval, Digital Signature
- For the processing of quality notifications: in the Customizing activity Specify Digital Signature
