Activities

Logs are saved in the application log for the following activities:

  • QALS Inspection lot processing
    Expiration period = 30 days
    • AUTO_UD Automatic usage decision
    • AUTO_UD_PM Automatic usage decision requests
    • RECUR_INSP Deadline monitoring of orders (recurring inspections)
  • INSPOPER BAPI for Business Object inspection lot operation
    Expiration period = 30 days
  • QMQI QM-IDI Interface for subsystems
    Expiration period = 2 days
  • QCERT_IN Incoming IDoc for electronic certificates
    Expiration period = 30 days

Identify the intervals, in which the information contained in the application log is evaluated. Define deletion deadlines to correspond with these intervals.
