In this step you can evaluate table histories.
The system is set to log changes to all the main tables in the QM component. You can display the table history, to identify who has made changes at a particular time.
Requirements
- The technical settings for tables in the Repository (Dictionary) were not changed; the indicator Log data changes is set.
- The system was started with a profile that contains the parameter rec/ client.
Standard settings
You can find the tables in the QM component using the generic description Q* and TQ*.
Recommendation
Keep the standard settings for tables that are in the Repository.
Activities
To display the history, proceed as follows:
- Display a list of the tables, for which a history has been logged; select the relevant tables.
- Display the selective list of change documents.
Further notes
The evaluations are global for all clients.
