If you do not make any settings, the date of the technical completion is always used as the reference time.

Make sure that maintenance notifications have their own reference time point.
If the reference times are different, this can lead to a situation where the notification dates in the maintenance history or in the information system are listed under an object or period other than the order dates.
This does not mean that information is lost, just that the order dates and the notification dates can be displayed differently from different perspectives; however, in some cases this could be a desired effect.
