You can use this Customizing activity to specify a deadline for any electronic invoice status change relevant for either incoming or outgoing invoices.

To specify a deadline, follow the procedure below:
Create a new entry,
Select invoice direction in the InvoiceTyp column (incoming or outgoing),
Select status change to set a deadline for in the E-Inv Docu Status column,
Specify a numeric value in the Electronic Invoice Deadline column,
Select what does the numeric value stand for - seconds, minutes, hours, days or working days - in the DeadlineType column.
