The tax codes are determined in a more restrictive to a less restrictive way. The system determines the tax codes to use by checking any company code and business place that you enter here against the company code and business place in the Customizing activity Determine Movement Types for Inventory Adjustment.
Note: If you do not enter a company code and business place, the system uses the region to determine the tax codes.
Alternatively, you can specify the tax codes using the BAdI Brazil Inventory Adjustment.
