In this IMG activity, you can show or hide fields that should only be available in particular country versions of the IS-H System. SAP specifies these fields for the respective country version.

Example

  • If a field should only be displayed in the country version Switzerland, you must enter the field name in question and the screen (screen program) on which the field is located and assign this entry to the country version Switzerland. If this field should also be available in the country version Singapore, you must make another entry with the country version Singapore. These two entries ensure that the field is not active in the other country versions.
  • If a field should only be suppressed from the screen in the country version Spain, you must enter the field name in question and the screen on which the field is located and assign this entry to the country version Spain. You must also set the exclusion flag. If this field should also not be active in the country version Singapore, you must make another entry with the country version Singapore and once again set the exclusion flag. These two entries ensure that the field remains active in all other country versions.
  • Important: Entries for the same field on a screen, but with conflicting settings of the exclusion flag, are not allowed.
  • A field is active in all country versions if a corresponding entry is not contained in this table.

If you want to activate a field that is not normally contained in your country version, you can make an entry for this field and your country version in this table, or delete an existing entry for which the exclusion flag is set. You should be aware, however, that activating the field alone does not always ensure the activation of the connected IS-H functionality. If in doubt, contact your SAP consultant.

Please note that such changes constitute a modification of the SAP standard software which must be checked when you upgrade your IS-H Release.
