Use

In this Customizing activity, you can assign blocking reasons for the commodity pricing engine (CPE) to blocking reasons for Sales and Distribution (SD).

When the CPE sets a blocking reason during the creation of a billing document, the system searches this Customizing activity for the blocking value and its associated SD blocking reason. The system then checks the corresponding SD blocking reason together with the billing type, and prevents the billing document from being created, if necessary. Note that the CPE building block is not evaluated outside the billing process: it is not set automatically, for example, during order creation.

Requirements

You have defined CPE blocking reasons in Customizing for Sales and Distribution under Basic Functions -> Commodity Pricing -> Commodity Pricing Engine -> General CPE Settings -> Define CPE Blocking Reasons for Billing.
