Use

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Materials Management (MM) and Logistics Execution (LE) components.

You can use this BAdI definition to change the data to be printed on either of the following legal forms:

  • Record of Storage Placement for Materials (MX-1)
  • Record of Return from Storage for Inventory Holdings (MX-3)

You can do the following before the form interface passes this data to the PDF form for printing:

  • You can edit the data collected by the system.
  • You can enter missing data, that is, data that could not be obtained from either the master data or the proceeding material document (goods receipt) or inbound delivery. The data that is not automatically obtained by the system includes the following fields:
    • MX-1: operation type (MM and LE), contract number and date (MM)
    • MX-3: operation type (MM and LE), contract number and date (MM)

Standard settings

In the standard system, there is no activated BAdI implementation.
