Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Logistics Invoice Verification (MM-IV) component.
This BAdI is called in programs RM08RARC and RM08RW47, in the context of archiving logistics invoice documents.
With the Archive Administration: Create Archive Files transaction (MRA1; object MM_REBEL), you can archive invoice documents depending solely on their status. If the minimum document life of the documents has been reached, the system archives invoice documents with the status Completed or Deleted, but does not archive invoice documents with the status Verified, Verified with Errors or Verified Correct.
With this BAdI you can use an algorithm to individually specify the criteria according to which the system archives invoice documents. With this BAdI you can implement your own checks that the system performs before archiving. In this way, you can, for example, check the outgoing payments of invoice documents before archiving, to ensure that documents that are blocked for payment, or that have not yet been paid, are not archived.
