Diagnosis
You want to enter treatment certificates for an outpatient visit of the inpatient case . The current system configuration does not permit this.
In the institution-specific, time-independent control parameter table TN00R, the parameter BEH_STAT is set to the effect that no treatment certificates can be entered for outpatient visits of an inpatient case.

Procedure
Check whether in the TN00R table the BEH_STAT control parameter is set correctly and ask your system administrator to change the parameter setting if necessary.
