Assignments to other cases still exist after discharge date

Diagnosis
After the discharge date, there are still assignments to other cases that perform the function "mother", "newborn", "companion" or "accompanied person". If one of two cases assigned to each other is discharged, this assignment is no longer useful.
System Response
Procedure
Maintain the assignment manually using the Cases assigned function, or the system will automatically end the assignment when you save the discharge.
