External risk factor code & for patient & does not exist in the system

Diagnosis
You want to transfer a risk factor or drug allergy from an external system into the IS-H System.
However, the external code is not known within your hospital.
System Response
The transmitted value cannot be transferred into the IS-H System as a risk factor of the patient .
Procedure
Please check whether the code has a correct value. If this is the case, the code is missing in Customizing. Please enter the missing value in the table TNRSF in the Customizing activity Maintain risk factors and drug allergies.
