Diagnosis
The NPMI data record contains a drug allergy code that is already used as an internal code in table TNRSF. However, a different NPMI code is assigned to the existing data record, or the record is not relevant for communication with the NPMI database.
System Response
In this case, the system does not create an entry in table TNRSF.
Procedure
Please maintain an entry with the NPMI code in table TNRSF Maintain risk factors and drug allergies. The risk factor is of the type 'drug allergy'.
