Diagnosis
When you were specifying risk information, the system detected that data was requested from the NPMI database, but has not yet been received. This problem may occur when
- The query to the NPMI data base is still being processed
- Communication with the NPMI database is disrupted
You can display or edit the risk factors. Note, however, that you receive only data already available in your system, which may be outdated. After receiving the NPMI data the system compares and adjusts the risk factors.
