You have entered an admission reason which is not valid at this point.
The valid input values for admission reasons are listed in the TN14G movement reason table, wich you can access via SAP Healthcare --> Settings --> Patient management --> Movements --> Define reasons for movement in the IMG.

Check the admission reason specified and ensure it has been entered in the correct field (1st and 2nd position or 3rd and 4th position).
