No USER EXIT defined for phonetic search

Diagnosis
The system could not find a user exit function module for the phonetic search of the patient. This is not permitted.
System Response
The function cannot be performed.
Procedure
Please inform your system administrator.
Specify a function module (event PHON) in the definition of the customer user exit in the IMG via SAP Healthcare - Industry-Specific Component for Hospitals --> Settings --> Configuration / systems / events --> Configure customer user exits.
If the definition of the SAP user exit does not contain the event PHON, there has been transport damage.
