Diagnosis
There are two possible causes for this error:
- The case is already being processed in another transaction.
- The case was changed but not yet updated. You cannot access the case in the interval between the change and the update.

Procedure
In the first case, check whether you are processing the case in another transaction, in the second case, you can try again later to edit the case.
