Diagnosis

For these two patients the same insurance relationship has been specified. Since both insurance relationships are identical, the insurance relationship of the patient who is inactivated is also inactivated during the merge.
There are, however, other differences between the two data records (data of main person insured, employer of the main person insured, short text or long text, healthcare smart card data or contract scheme).

System Response

The patients are merged.

Procedure

Please check the insurance relationship of the active patient, compare it with the insurance relationship of the inactivated patient and adjust both insurance relationships if necessary.
