Diagnosis

You want to merge an insurance relationship with another insurance relationship that already exists for the active patient but the validity periods of these insurance relationships do not correspond.
Should the validity periods of both insurance relationships coincide, the system must have detected a difference in the attributes (type of coverage, insurance provider subgroup, insurance policy number with the customer, insurance status of the healthcare smart card).
Such differences are not permitted for a merge.

System Response

The merge cannot be excecuted.

Procedure

Change the insurance relationship (of both patients if necessary) to ensure that the validity periods coincide and that the attributes do not differ, either.
